Osteoarthritis Of The Knee Clinical Trial

Arthritis is inflammation of one or more of your joints. Pain, swelling, and stiffness are the primary symptoms of arthritis. Any joint in the body may be affected by the disease, but it is particularly common in the knee.

There are currently limited treatment options available to patients with arthritis of the knee. Pain medication, physiotherapy and joint replacement and the most common.

This 5 year study is being undertaken to determine the efficacy, safety & tolerability of an intra-articular injection to increase cartilage thickness, improve function and reduce pain in patients with Osteoarthritis of the knee.

  • Are you aged between 40 and 75 years of age?
  • Are you in moderate to severe pain?
  • Have been diagnosed with osteoarthritis of the knee for at least 6 months?
