Alopecia Clinical Trial

Alopecia Areata (AA) is a condition that causes hair loss when the immune system attacks hair follicles. It is estimated to affect 2% of the population worldwide. Many patients with AA have chronic relapses, and some can have complete hair loss.

Vitiligo is a condition that causes loss of skin colour in patches due to the immune system attacking skin cells that produce melanin. It affects between 0.5% and 2% of the population and may be linked to other autoimmune diseases.
